Daiginjo elaborado com Yamada Nishiki nesta cervejaria de Fukushima fundada em 1751 na Vila Hirata, aproveitando a água suave de fluxo natural dos planaltos de Abukuma. A cervejaria utiliza leveduras desenvolvidas regionalmente em Fukushima ao lado da prensagem tradicional em barril funeshibori para todos os graus, incluindo este daiginjo premium.
