Daiginjo elaborado segundo a tradição Bichuryu, estilo técnico dos toji de Bitchu que visa aroma contido, umami rico, baixo teor de aminoácidos e um final leve e limpo sem sabores indesejados. Polido a 50% com teor alcoólico de 14%, este sake da cervejaria de Okayama conquistou o prêmio ouro mais alto no Wine Glass de Oishii Nihonshu Award por três anos consecutivos, de 2015 a 2017.
