Omachi Junmai Ginjo é um junmai ginjo varietal da Kamikokoro Shuzo KK em Okayama, elaborado com arroz Omachi, uma das variedades de arroz para sake mais antigas ainda existentes no Japão, fortemente associada à Prefeitura de Okayama, onde se originou. O Omachi é conhecido por produzir sakes com complexidade terrosa e profunda e um caráter encorpado e rico, bem diferente dos ginjos baseados em Yamadanishiki. Nesta expressão, o arroz é polido a 60% ou abaixo.
