O Amanohara Daiginjo da Sudo Honke em Kimitsu, Chiba, é elaborado com Yamada Nishiki polido a 40% e a água característica da cervejaria, retirada de aquíferos profundos a 500 metros abaixo do solo e designada pelo Ministério do Meio Ambiente como uma das melhores fontes de água do Japão. Aroma frutado e final seco e limpo são características recorrentes desta marca premiada. A cervejaria recebeu ouro no National New Sake Competition.
