Hakutsuru
A Hakutsuru Sake Brewing foi fundada em 1743 por Jihei Kano no distrito de Nada, em Kobe, uma região cuja água dura Miyamizu e acesso à Baía de Osaka a estabeleceram como capital do sake do Japão. A empresa foi a primeira a vender sake em garrafas de vidro pré-embaladas em 1878 e levou a marca ao público internacional na Feira Mundial de Paris de 1900. Hoje, a Hakutsuru detém o maior volume de vendas de sake no Japão, com a marca White Crane Maru ocupando a posição de liderança entre os sakes embalados em todo o país.
