Umeno Izumi Junmai Umeshu Sparkling - Sparkling sake from Koshitsukano Shuzo Co.,Ltd, Niigata
Description

This unique sparkling umeshu is made by steeping premium Nanko plums from Wakayama Prefecture in unfiltered junmai sake, with carbonation added for a refreshing twist. The result is a distinctive umeshu that balances the tartness of the plums with the rich flavors of sake, all while keeping the sweetness to a minimum—only a sake brewery could create such a refined flavor.
