It is a sake brewery founded in 1979 in Maizuru City, "Kyoto of the Sea", which was founded in 1979. At one point, the production of sake was suspended, but the manufacturing was revived in 2006, and the wife of the brewery (president) is now a brewer (manufacturing manager), and a trusted staff with a married couple is making sake brewing.
It is a sake brewery that is only pure rice sake that sticks to local rice, carefully builds a small amount, and does not include extra items.
