At one point, the production of sake was suspended, but the manufacturing was revived in 2006, and the wife of the brewery (president) is now a brewer (manufacturing manager), and a trusted staff with a married couple is making sake brewing.
It is a sake brewery that is only pure rice sake that sticks to local rice, carefully builds a small amount, and does not include extra items.
