Tokubetsu Junmai Migaki from Daiichi Sake Brewery in Sano City, Tochigi uses the brewery's own estate-grown Gohyakumangoku in an elevated pure rice sake. As the oldest sake brewery in Tochigi (founded 1673) using a top-100 famous water source, this expression reflects over 350 years of accumulated brewing craft in a clean, umami-forward tokubetsu junmai.
