Miyama Nishiki from Miyagi is polished to 60% for this tokubetsu junmai bottled under the Kojuro label, named after the famous swordsman of Shiroishi. Brewed with Zao underground spring water and Miyagi yeast, the K-series tokubetsu junmai delivers a fresh, mascat-edged aroma, soft umami, and a clean acid finish suited to food pairing. The brewery has received over 33 national competition gold medals.
