Zao Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Genshu Hatsushibori Jikakumi SAMURAI

by Zao Shuzo  ·  Miyagi
🍶
Description

Miyama Nishiki polished to 55% is drawn directly from the press in a direct-kumi namazake, bottled at full genshu strength for the hatsushibori, the season's first pressing. The direct-draw method captures the tingling freshness and subtle sweet effervescence of newly pressed sake without any intervention. This SAMURAI series label reflects the brewery's seasonal winter release tradition.
