Description

Rice polished to 70% is bottled as a raw genshu straight from cellar storage at this Mie Prefecture brewery in Kawagoe, situated along the clear Asamake River fed by the Suzuka mountains. Drawing from the kuradashi style, the sake retains higher alcohol and concentrated rice flavor compared to diluted releases.
