Description
Takiarashi Okara Honjozogenshu is a honjozo undiluted genshu from Kouchi Shuzo, bottled at full fermentation strength without water addition. Genshu releases tend to be bolder and more concentrated, and this honjozo style uses a small addition of brewer's alcohol to sharpen the finish. Kochi Prefecture is renowned for producing dry, robust sake.
