🍶
Description
Brewed at Suzunoi Shuzoten in Tenei Village, Fukushima, using rice varieties including Kamenoo and Gohyakumangoku alongside spring water from the brewery's hillside forest, this junmai follows the Nanbu toji tradition the brewery has maintained since its 1811 founding. The style is light and lean with a clean, slightly sweet character that reflects the soft, pure water used in production.
