A genshu (undiluted) release from Suzunoi Shuzoten in Tenei Village, Fukushima, brewed with pure spring water from the forested hillside behind the 1811-founded brewery. The brewery is known for a light, elegant sake style built on clean soft water and careful attention to rice washing and steaming, producing genshu with the characteristic fuller body of undiluted sake.
