Description
This traditionally-made nigori sake from Suzunoi Shuzoten in Tenei Village, Fukushima is crafted using spring water from the brewery's own wooded hillside and locally sourced rice following methods passed down through the Nanbu toji tradition since 1811. Lightly silky lees drift through a crisp, clean base, layering gentle umami into each sip.
