Description

From Suzunoi Shuzoten, established in 1811 in Tenei Village, Fukushima, this daiginjo is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki and won gold at the National New Sake Appraisal in 2019 and again in 2022 for a third consecutive year. The sake presents a gentle aroma and a refined, softly sweet palate with transparent clarity drawn from the pure spring water that flows from the wooded hillside behind the brewery.
