Integrated four kinds of liquor of "Kanroku" into one, renewed to alcohol that can be drunk every day. The soft umami spreads lightly, and the back mouth is finished in a clean and clear liquor. The rice uses local Asahi Yume and Hida -Horale. The product name "Nanjamonja" was made of rice and prepared water that grew up locally, from the name of a tree that is one of East Agricultural Miki, which has beautiful white flowers in the East Agricultural District. I named it with the enthusiasm of a local sending alcohol.
