Setsugetsuka Arashiyama

🍶
Description

Setsugetsuka Arashiyama is a junmai daiginjo using self-cultivated Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% from Tanzan Shuzo in Kyoto's Arashiyama. The brewery grows organic Yamada Nishiki in-house and draws on pure Kyoto mountain water; this elegantly named sake (snow, moon, flower, Arashiyama) delivers a soft ginjo aroma with a transparent, clean finish from this female-led Kyoto kura.
