Description

Sasashou Tanzan is a junmai polished to 70% from Tanzan Shuzo in Kyoto's Arashiyama. The brewery grows its own rice using organic farming and draws on pure Kyoto mountain water; the sasashou (small artisan) label reflects the small-batch, hands-on approach of this Arashiyama-based female-led kura.
