🍶
Description
It is packed directly from the sake barrels without filtering the true value of sake brewing and the taste of aging. Come on the sake that only the brewer could drink. General liquor is used to be filtered and commercialized, but filtering the umami obtained by aging is also impaired. Although it is an unfiltered wine with plenty of aged umami, it is a maniac sake, but I prepared it for those who like sake. It is a rich dry that only the brewer could drink.
