Description

Raw rice is made of high rice polishing rice (rice policy 40 %) to use high quality starch, Shinpaku, which exists in the center of rice. It is a rich and gentle and gentle rice taste obtained by aged work in a beautiful mouthfeel. We recommend cold sake or lukewarm drinking temperature for this liquor. Good to cool, warm it. Both are difficult to attach, but if you have cold sake, it is about 8 degrees. We recommend warm (about 43 degrees) when it is hot.
