Buntanosake from Kouchi Shuzo is a sake-based liqueur using Tosa buntan pomelo, a citrus variety celebrated in Kochi Prefecture. The buntan provides a grapefruit-like balance of sweetness, gentle acidity, and the characteristic light bitterness of the peel, producing a refreshing, citrus-bright liqueur recognized with a silver medal at the 2017 Anuga trade fair.
