Description
Sansha Shiboritate Honnama Hanakobo Dukuri is a fresh-pressed, unpasteurized honjozo from Harada Brewery in Hida Takayama, made with abelia flower yeast and released as a seasonal shiboritate in winter. The lively, unprocessed character of the just-pressed sake combines with the floral, fruity notes typical of the brewery's signature flower yeast approach. Bottled without heating, it captures the vibrant energy of the freshly brewed sake from Hida's cold-winter brewing season.
