Description

Sansha Junmai Daiginjo Chokarakuchi Raigin is a rare ultra-dry junmai daiginjo from Harada Brewery in Hida Takayama, combining the high polish and aromatic refinement of the daiginjo grade with a powerful dry sake meter value typical of the Raigin (Thunder Gin) series. Locally grown Hida rice and the brewery's Hida cold-winter brewing method shape its robust, dry backbone while the daiginjo polish delivers a clean, elegant finish. This contrasting combination of ultra-dry power and daiginjo elegance defines the character of Raigin.
