Description

Miyama Nishiki and Shirakaba Nishiki from Nagano, both polished to 60%, form this honjozo genshu from Yamasan Shuzo in Ueda, bottled in a tokkuri (carafe) shaped vessel bearing the Sanada Ten Braves legend. Bottled at full genshu strength, it is robust and direct.
