A bottle-stored (bin-kakoii) unfiltered raw junmai from this Wakayama brewery, using Toyama-grown Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60% and Wakayama yeast. The sake is carbon-filtration free, with only settling performed before bottling, resulting in a clear palate with mild sweetness, complex layered flavor, and 18% alcohol.
