A rich special pure rice sake made by using "Bizen Yu -cho" from Okayama Prefecture as a raw rice and brewed by a mountain abandoned mountain with no yeast. You can enjoy the volume with a sense of Omachi rice, the moderate acid unique to mountain abandoned, and deep richness. GOOD compatible with meat saute, roast, grill! Warm is recommended.
