Description

This irregular-rice special edition uses a three-pronged sweet moto starter (sanki amazake moto), a traditional lactic fermentation technique that contributes natural acidity and body. Brewed at Oujiman in Tsuruoka, Yamagata, founded 1724 and revived in 2012 under young brewers dispatched by Tatenokawa Brewery.
