Description

Ginjo genshu made from Yamada Nishiki polished to 60%, bottled undiluted to preserve its full, fresh character. Produced by Chiba's sole brewery in the Otaki area, it shows a fruity, refreshing aroma with an assertive grain-forward richness that comes from being an uncut genshu.
