Description

A rich-style honjozo under the Issho Koufuku Kuranohana label from Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, brewed with Yamagata rice polished to 65%. The Kuranohana (Kura Flower) name signals a rounder, fuller-bodied expression within the Issho Koufuku range. At 65% polishing, it retains more rice solids, contributing a pronounced, satisfying umami.
