Description

Gohyakumangoku polished to 50% is low-temperature fermented in a daiginjo-style approach for this tokubetsu junmai aged expression from the Nishijin label. The sake presents fruity aroma and the broad, food-friendly flavor of pure rice sake with a clean, dry finish, topped with a cap of local Nishijin brocade fabric.
