Jurakudai Kuradashi Genshu from Sasaki Shuzo in Kyoto is a cellar-released undiluted sake, drawing on the brewery's central Kyoto location and heritage water sources. Bottled at full genshu strength, it expresses more concentrated rice character than the brewery's standard releases.
