The southern sake brewery is located in Yasuda -cho, Aki -gun, Kochi Prefecture, and has been making sake for generations with the underground water of the clear stream, Yasuda River, which is the best natural sweetfish in Japan.
"South", which bears the name of the warehouse, is a limited distribution brand with only specific names of 60 % or more for rice polishing and more than 60 % or more, and among Kochi's sake, which is said to be a Tanrei dry man, a slightly unique gorgeous and flavored skeleton. It is a type that makes you feel firm.
