Description
Minami Shuzojo, a small artisan brewery in Yasuda, Kochi, produced this 28BY Gohyakumangoku Junmai Daiginjo as a muroka namazake — unfiltered and unpasteurized. Milled from the Gohyakumangoku rice strain, it delivers fresh, vibrant aromatics, a lively texture, and a crisp, fruit-forward character in its most natural state.
