Description
Mandaioimatsu Josen (Ten Thousand Generations Old Pine, Upper Grade) from Fujimura Shuzo, founded in 1863 in Shimoichi-cho in Yoshino, Nara, uses Nippon Bare rice for an accessible, classically styled everyday sake. The ancient Yoshino region, renowned for its cedar forests and sacred pilgrimage mountains, provides the cool mountain water and air that have sustained this brewery's craft for over 160 years.
