Description
Shiboritate Arabashiri (First-Pressed Rough Run) from Fujimura Shuzo in Yoshino, Nara, captures the most vigorous initial flow from the pressing vat, characterized by a lively, slightly cloudy, and intensely fresh character that exists for only the briefest moment after pressing. From this 1863-founded brewery in Yoshino's sacred mountain country, it preserves the raw energy of the first moment sake emerges from the fermented mash.
