Hokokan

Hokokan (Fragrant Crown) from Fujimura Shuzo, established in 1863 in the Yoshino district of Nara, draws on the pure mountain waters and cool highland air of Japan's famed cherry blossom and cedar country for a sake with an evocative floral name. The brewery, situated at the entry to the Yoshino mountains revered for their sacred pilgrimage routes, brings a centuries-long local sake tradition to this regional expression.
