Description
Kuromatsu Inaten Junmai Ginjo from Inada Shuzo is a pure rice ginjo from Nara Prefecture, brewed without any added distilled alcohol and with rice polished to at least 60%. This results in a sake that balances the clean riciness of junmai production with the elegant fruity and floral aromas of ginjo fermentation. Nara's traditional brewing environment lends a subtle earthiness and umami depth to this well-rounded expression.
