Description

Kuromatsu Inaten Nigori Genshu from Inada Shuzo is an unfiltered (nigori) and undiluted (genshu) sake, leaving rice solids in suspension for a rich, creamy texture and bold flavor. The genshu designation means no water has been added after brewing, resulting in a higher alcohol content and concentrated sweetness. This Nara-produced sake is robust and satisfying, with a milky appearance and a lush mouthfeel.
