Description

Kumenoi Himejirushi Karakuchi is the dry version of Goto Shuzo's Himejirushi label from Kuma District, Ehime, using Matsuyama Mii and Kogane Masari rice. The karakuchi (dry) profile makes this an ideal food-pairing companion to Ehime's seafood and country cuisine, with the heritage Ehime rice varieties providing a clean, slightly earthy base.
