Kumenoi Karakuchi Namachozoshu is a fresh-preserved dry sake from Goto Shuzo in Kuma District, Ehime, using Matsuyama Mii rice. The nama-chozo method maintains the lively, assertive dry character until bottling, producing a clean, refreshing table sake suited to the seafood of Ehime's Uwa Sea coast and Seto Inland Sea.
