Kotsuzumi Arasuteki (アラステキ) is a Junmai Daiginjo from Nishiyama Shuzojo in Tanba, Hyogo, brewed with Gohyakumangoku using the brewery's exceptionally soft well water Chinjutenzen. Founded in 1849, this Tanba brewery with a nationally registered 1891-built main storehouse applies year-round brewing to create this aromatic, food-friendly daiginjo.
