Description
Koten Honjozo Namagenshu is an unpasteurized, undiluted honjozo from Kouten Shuzo in Nagano Prefecture. Combining the freshness of nama (unpasteurized) with the intensity of genshu (undiluted), this sake offers bold flavor at full fermentation strength. The small addition of brewer's alcohol in the honjozo style sharpens the dry finish typical of Nagano sake.
