Muroka (uncharcoal-filtered) Junmai Ginjo at 60% polish from Yukitsubaki Shuzo in Kamo, Niigata, bypassing charcoal filtration to preserve the natural color and more robust flavor of the pressing. Won a gold prize at the Wine Glass de Oishii Nihonshu Award 2022 and a gold at the National Kanzake Contest 2023 premium section.
