Junmai Ginjo genshu at 60% polish made entirely from Koshi Tanrei rice, released as a hiyaoroshi autumn expression at Yukitsubaki Shuzo in Kamo, Niigata. Koshi Tanrei, a Niigata-bred sake rice, is used in full to express regional character alongside the brewery's clean spring water.
