Description

Junmai Daiginjo made with Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% at Yukitsubaki Shuzo in Kamo, Niigata, an all-junmai brewery since 2011. The sake is an unfiltered, undiluted (muroka genshu) expression with a single pasteurization to minimize heat damage, yielding soft sweetness, fruity fragrance, and a clean, elegant finish.
