Named after Mount Oeyama in the Niigata region, this everyday sake reflects the brewery's commitment to quality at every tier of production. Even at the futsuushu level, Ishimoto Shuzo maintains the clean, light, and dry tanrei karakuchi character that defines Niigata sake.
