Description

Kizan No. 3 is a rare aged koshu from Chikumanishiki Shuzo, a Junmai Ginjo with Miyama Nishiki at 55% that has undergone extended maturation since 1998. The Kizan Return to Mountain label represents the brewery's exploratory spirit, and this vintage expression has developed layers of complex, oxidative depth over decades in the Nagano highlands.
