This nokoho jun (rich and smooth) heiannigorizake (Heian-style cloudy sake) from Enokishuzo in Hiroshima under the Kiyomori label is a kijoshu-method sake with rice polished to 65%, at sake meter value -55. It recreates the ancient Heian-period sweet, cloudy sake using the kijoshu technique of brewing with sake instead of water.
